Default Deleting apps

I just added the $25 data plan on my Bell BB 9700, and automatically some apps were installed onto my phone. How do I delete the 'Bell self serve' and 'Bell TV', 'NHL' apps?

Thanks

They are probably just shortcuts and not apps, just "hide" them. If you delete them, the next time you do a battery pull the carrier will push them to you phone again.
