I plan to get the BB Z10 and right now my current cell provider hasn't said anything about if or when at all and right I'm looking at some of the carries manitoba has. Right now I'm with MTS and they have been good for me so far but don't want to wait 6 months to a year for them to get the Z10 and X10 so any input on bell or other carries will help greatly and are the plans good will Bell or not?

Depends where you live.... if you live in WInnipeg proper and you could check out Rogers as they have a province wide network like MTS... Bell has limited coverage outside WInnipeg.....

Neither Rogers nor Bell has LTE currently. It looks like Rogers may get LTE in Winnipeg only.
