Cant SMS or call?

I recently just changed my phones (from tour 9630 to 9700) online and I cannot send text messages anymore or make calls. Is there a certain time I have to wait for my SMS service and phone to reactivate? My data works fine but I cannot make calls or SMS

Haha, that's my number 1 Technical Support Solution. "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" It's as bad as the "Is it plugged in" line but it WORKS!! :P
