Blackberry Curve 9300 - Sim Not Provisioned 2 - 12am 08.24.2011

As of approximately 12am this morning, my Blackberry Curve 9300 on Bell is saying Sim Not Provisioned 2. It was working around 11pm as I received an email at that time. I glanced over a few minutes ago and its now saying that. I pulled the battery, sim, reset everything but it's still saying that. Could there be some sort of network issue. Also could it be they locked it off the network due to non payment. I obviously can't call in now to check that but I called the automated number and it said my balance which was within reason and has been much higher before. The other time they locked me out, the data just stopped coming into the phone with no error given.

Im hoping it will resume working in the morning... But any ideas you can provide would be nice. As I did nothing, it was just sitting there when it happened.

i had the same thing happen to me when i first got my torch, it was bell had to make a bill payment and all was well lol
