Bell SIM card question

My wife and I both are Bell customers. I just upgraded to the 9700 and don't like the size of the keyboard. She is due for an upgrade so I was going to get the 9000 and give her my 9700. Can I just switch the SIM cards on both bell phones or do I have to pay the $15 (times 2) fee to switch the hardware.

Just switch the sim cards. Remember on your computer to use the switch device function in desktop manager.
