Thanks. | Right idea, wrong approach. I infer from your saying that you have a Bell Canada SIM that you may have had it from another phone. You need to purchase a BlackBerry-specific data add-on from Bell in order to get it on Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) and thus use BBM, email, etc. That's the only route to get the service books...essentially you have to register through Bell to BIS. The service books (even if someone had 'em for you) will do you no good.
