Default BEll sevice books

Hi, I bought a At&t branded torch which was unlocked. My sim is with bell canada. Texting and the phone works, but I can't get the email, internet etc to work. I have been looking things up and looks like I need the service books. When I try to register phone on BIS it won't let me, wondering if anyone has or can get and post bell service books in an ipd file??? or know where I can download it?

Thanks.

Right idea, wrong approach. I infer from your saying that you have a Bell Canada SIM that you may have had it from another phone. You need to purchase a BlackBerry-specific data add-on from Bell in order to get it on Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) and thus use BBM, email, etc. That's the only route to get the service books...essentially you have to register through Bell to BIS. The service books (even if someone had 'em for you) will do you no good.
