Bell Self Serve app
Does anyone have the Self Serve app pre-loaded on your Z10?

ForzaStevo I found out why.
Disconnect from WiFi when you are trying to load that bookmark. It will work then! - 02-26-2013, 08:54 AM #9
Wow, that actually did work. That's very odd. I wonder why the WiFi would hinder it from loading. The downside is that under "My Account" it says "Sorry, this application is unavailable".... I wonder if this has something to do with me recently upgrading/changing my plan/phone?

Maybe it can't tell your usage if you're on wifi? Not certain haha.
As for your issue, mine is working. I upgraded my device last week, but I didn't change my plan.
Also, under "My Device" it calls it the "Lisbon". Pretty cool

I noticed that too. That was pretty neat to see.
So, I did receive word via Twitter that the Bell mobility team "confirmed there is currently an issue with this app on the BB10, they are working on getting this fixed asap.". They indicated that "in the meantime you can try to access this info directly from your BB browser at http://bell.mobi"
What I am a bit perplexed about is that I asked where the app was, and received the reponse of "so just to confirm the app shows up under BB app world but you can't download it correct"... No, it did not show up in BB World - 03-02-2013, 02:21 PM #12
That is weird, its not in BB world for me either (or anyone!) haha
hopefully it comes out with the next software update though - 03-03-2013, 05:29 PM #13
you need to be on the mobile network for that site to detect you are a bell customer. If you are on wifi that would be similar to you going to that site from your browser without a sim (and cant detect which account you are connecting from). That is why
