If you want to check it out yourself, why not create a login ID on the www.bell.ca website and use the self-serve tools? You said you're in the States right now, so you're unlikely to have access to your account number, but when you have it, it's easy to set up. Maybe you can call Bell and obtain your account number then go to the self-serve portal?
