Bell HSPA+ Network Down in GTA

I noticed bbm stopped working after 1pm today and everything BIS went down so I called Bell Tech Support. They told me that their entire HSPA network is down and they're trying to fix it. They have no idea when it will be back up.

They just launched their new network. It's going to take a few years to iron out the bugs. I heard that they are having major billing issues as well. Make sure you check your bills. Bell doesn't have a second platform. If HSPA goes down on the Rogers network they have HSPA, EDGE, edge and GSM so they have supported GSM platforms.

Yeah my phone can't really do anything right now, and it's switching back and forth between SOS service and Bell.
