Bell HSPA network down? Both my HSPA phones are failing calls

Hey guys,

im currently in the Woodbridge, Ontario area in the City of Vaughan north of Toronto. Both my Bell HSPA phones, different numbers different phones are failing on outgoing and incoming calls.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have a Bold 9700 and a Samsung Omnia 2.

My home phone can't reach the phones, my phones can't dial out. Since it's both phones, I'm guessing it's the network. I called 611 and the wait time was about 45minutes so I figure it's network related, but I thought I'd check with you guys.

The time now is about 3:30pm on 3-14-2010

Bold 9700 phone functions are all ok(Data) except outgoing and incoming calls. Error message is
"Call failed"

I called Bell Technical Support. Hspa Network is down in Toronto,Vaughan,and some Peel Regions. Bell told me it will be up in 45 min, I called at 4:58pm.

Good luck to all with this issue. Hope this gives people some better info because I thought my specific phone was the issue.

Service is back up as of 7:20pm

In Peterborough, been an ongoing issue since late last week. Store rep read their recent notice indicating work on some towers causing problems they never expected.
