Bell getting ready for the Bold release Very Soon?
So,
Just got up this morning and I was looking around the bell website for any signs of the Bold2/Bold. There was nothing...
HOWEVER, I did find one thing! Normally, if you type "www.bell.ca/*phone name*" - for example - BlackBerry Tour 9630 3G Phones from Bell Mobility - it takes you to that device page. Now, I just tried typing in www.bell.ca/bold - it redirects me to a page "http://www.bell.ca/shopping/68811.details?EXT=MOB_off_vanity_Bold_110409_TM".
Even though the page does not seem to be set up, this is the first time I actually saw this happen. Every other time, it just redirected me to a common "page not found" site.
Comeon bold2! I am waiting...! - 11-02-2009, 04:15 PM #3

sweet! thanks for the head's up - Heading right to the store on Wednesday morning
.
So what are my chances of getting the activation fee waived? I am a university student... IF that would make any difference? - 11-03-2009, 01:25 AM #5
FWIW
Was checking out BlackBerry Bold 9700 and BlackBerry Storm2 9530/9550 on the RIM.com website. When I clicked on Storm2 and 'Where to Buy,' one of the carriers shown was BELL. After clicking on that, was sent to BELL site which showed the BB Storm2. But no release date. So it won't be long!!
After clicking on BB 9700 Bold, was also sent to BELL site. Again no release date. Its seems obvious that both BB 9530/9550 and BB 9700 will be announced by Bell as soon as the HSDPA network is launched.
November is going to be a very good month for Crackberrys!!
