Default Bell Blackberry Plans?

Hi, I want to get a blackberry with bell and I notice that they have blackberry plans for $40 a month for 100 local minutes, 50 bonus local minutes Unlimited Facebook®, Twitter, MySpace® and instant messaging. At the bottom of the page it says that additional data is only $0.05/MB. Now the $50 month smartphone plan includes 500 mb of data, but if you use under 200 mb of extra data on the $40 plan it is cheaper to get. Am i correct with this? Using under 200 mb per month on the $40 plan should be cheaper than just getting the $50 plan ($0.05*200mb=$10).

Does anyone know if this is actually right?
Should i go for the $40 plan or $50?

Here is a link to the bell page that says this

lot depends on your needs...........i currently have the 50 plan......and the most i ever used was 300 mb......lots of emails......browsing etc........i think 50 is better,,gives u little more freedom......if u use apps like score mobile, poynt or whatever that draws data from the internet it could add up......its a hard question to answer ...like i said depends on needs

You can NOT browse the internet with the $40 plan, just talked to my friend who is a rep.

no matter what the bottom of the screen says, as it is for all the plans that have internet capabilities.

the $40 plan is STRICTLY IM and social

you will not get the broswer service books.

so $50 plan or nothing if you plan on using the browser.

also found this in the fine print

Yup, you can do everything with that plan, and I think all the hspa+ phones have WiFi, and you can capitalize on that as well.
