Default Bell $100 plan

I see on the Bell Canada website they have a $100/month plan:

450 local minutes
50 bonus local minutes
3 GB
  • Personal email
  • Instant messaging
  • Internet browsing
  • Tethering
Unlimited sent and received text messages
Call Display
Message Centre

Now, the one thing I have on my current regular phone is unlimited incoming calls (from any number).

With this $100 plan, I see there is a $15 option for:
Unlimited incoming calls
$15.00/mo.
Enjoy unlimited local calls to and from any Bell home phone number

Two questions:
1) Is this a decent plan?
2) What are the chances that I will be able to get the unlimited incoming calls expanded to include calls from non Bell numbers?

Thanks

That's what I have right now on my current plan, anyone can call me and I don't get charged for it.

But the wording on the option for the BB plan is different:
Enjoy unlimited local calls to and from any Bell home phone number

It's a mistake on the website. I assure you that it's any 5 numbers, just as long as it's not a 800 number or a private number. Otherwise, it's fine. Where I work, there is no Bell residential services, yet people are still able to put their home numbers in their Fab 5.

See, I don't want any of that Fab 5, My10 BS.. IMO, it's just a way for the carrier to trick you into thinking you are getting a good deal on something.

The voice plan I have now includes unlimited incoming calls. Just that. No restrictions on who, what, when where.. unlimited incoming calls.

Well, if you want information on the unlimited incoming calls, that falls under local. In other words, if you go outside of your zone, then you're still going to have to pay the long-distance fees. If you absolutely want the unlimited local anytime, anywhere, then you'll have to add an unlimited long-distance option for 40$/month. And just so we're clear, this is only in Canada. Other fees apply when you go outside the country. The Fab 5 or Fab 10 are actually quite useful for many people since alot of people always call the same people.

Check that

the unlimited incoming is only when you are local, once you are in a long distance are they are no longer unlimited
I got hit with a HUGE bill because they neglected to tell me that when they gave me that service.
