9780 replacement?

Hi all I was just wondering if anyone on bell has had a 9780 with the double key input issue, and If so what was done about it? I was talking to a bell technical support guy on the phone tonight and he tells me my phone needs to be sent out for repair. I'm just trying to feel around here so I have an idea wat to expect. Any help is appreciated.

I had a friend who sent their 9780 out for repair with Bell took them 2 tries of sending it out before the double key input was fixed. It just sucks that Bell doesnt replace the units
