Default 8230 VS 8530 with Bell?

Hey guys. I have a friend who's going to be switching to Bell, but's on the fence between the Curve 8530 and Pearl Flip 8230 And I had a quick question here since it isn't listed on Bell's site. Does the Flip come loaded with OS 5.0 or just 4.6 because I know that the 8530 has 5.0. Also, any thoughts on what she should get? I recommended the Curve to her because of the full QWERTY over SureType and the advantages 5.0 has over 4.6, if I'm correct, that is. The only thing I think the Curve lacks is a camera flash, right? Anyways. Clarification on the OS matter and any thoughts between the 2 devices and which she should go with is appreciated. Thanks.

Curve:
full qwerty
larger landscape screen
more memory (256)
trackpad (no stuck/gummed up trackball)
5.0 capable (possibly pre-loaded)
but no camera flash

Flip
compact/flip format (some people like this)
suretype (again some people like this)
smaller portrait screen
outer screen allows preview of incoming calls/messages
not sure about 5.0 support
less memory (128)
trackball (will wear/gum up eventually)
design of phone makes trackball replacement difficult

Given the same choice I'd go for the 8530 over the 8230.

Only need to ask yourself if you want a full QWERTY phone or a flip phone, that's it.

If you don't care about the form factor of the device, go with the Curve 8530 because it's a better phone.

If you can afford it, the Bold 9700 would be ideal.

The Wi-Fi support on the 8530 is nice to have as well.
