Well it looks like Mike sold and Prem took another round of share purchasing. Interesting to see. With the stock balanced and a steady price that keeps balancing up, he can probably make some positive outcome of them soon I think.

There is some disconnect there with ownership. Fairfax financial is the majority stake in BlackBerry, they cannot purchase any further stock as per the loan agreement.
This news seems to indicate Prem has put his own money into BlackBerry. There is no filing to indicate this is accurate.
