My daughter uses Instagram all the time and then posts the pictures to her twitter. Does Picstory work the same way ?

I'm not a fan or even a user of Instagram like services but I like sometimes to have a photo look ... different (read filtered). Even professional photographers use PhotoShop to edit photos and apply some sort of filters
