    It will mean that MS is committed to making the Windows phone number 3. MS had little choice as Nokia was their number one hardware maker for their platform. I would think we will be seeing a lot more innovation for these phones in the future. It is no promise of success but MS has a lot of money to sure try!

    Technology 'Expert'/pundit on the BBC news channel, when commenting on the MS/Nokia love-in yesterday was quoting BB at a life expectancy of 4 to 6 months unless they are either merged or taken-over in the mean time.
    Probably not a bad estimation IMHO.
