So glad I called NASDAQ and FINRA today. We spoke several times. Bring on the investigation and and end to their crud imho. No sign of UBS as we come to the close and finally BB has some traction to the upside since I have been tracking the UBS crap earlier today since around 1 pm, maybe it was going on earlier. Sucks to be UBS wanting $13, not saying it won't happen, but let's wait until the Q report, not otherwise.

Guys, I wouldn't get too hyped about the Memorial Day week-end...last year RIM.TO closed at 11.34 on the previous Friday, only to close at 11.39 on May 28 and then fall to $10 two days later.

That was also in the midst of the major downtrend. I'm not saying we are going to skyrocket up due to the holiday but to compare last year to this, or any other holiday weekends like some did earlier, is not what we should be doing. We are in a completely different scenario than any of those other times.

OK, I am done for the day, sold my long position of BB at $14.92. I have had enough of today's bull**** thanks to UBS imho, furthermore I do not like to hold overnight for the very most part, more so on a long weekend. Coincidental or otherwise that BB rallied after I made my phone calls re UBS concerns. Ha!

In the end, all good here, back in cash, +2.52 % roi today, 3x short and 3x long on BB
