They are all widgets, provided by an app called Fancy Widgets, very nifty, but a lil heavy on the battery life.

Fancy Widgets is a great software. But its not updated for a long time and it is a resource hog. It starts with 600-650kb in the background and it reaches 2.5-3mb in a day. And yes it is heavy on batt as well. I've paid and uninstalled sadly.

True! As per Meterberry my general ADR ranges from 5-8%, however with similar usage - with FancyWidgets it soars to anywhere between 9-15% !!

It IS an excellent app, so I make sure I use it BUT wisely, (enable/disable periodically) and given the battery life of our amazing phones, I keep the device on charge as and when possible, so I'm kinda able to use it without fear

But YES, it desperately needs an update!
