I personally had a Vaja case for my old Storm1 from a while ago, and loved the craftsmanship. Case was amazing and definitely stuck out!

I might pick up Aero Grip in addition to the Blackberry Hard Shell case on the CB store. (Probably not for a while, I'm not usually a case guy...)

But, just thought I'd post for everyone.

In the customization page on the Vaja site I feel like I'm creating one of those Vertu phones with the Ferrari leather backs and stuff.

Its like a designer case for your BB.

i used to have Vaja cases before and loved them, for my BB-8703 and Bold 9000, but when i get for 9700 i stopped loving because had 3 times felled from it and ruined my phone, since then using Seidio cases and love it

i had 2 cases in my cart ready to check out, i was excited and then i saw the shipping cost and it put me over the edge, i was surprised they'd charge that much for a premium item after paying 200.00 and 50.00. I exited and ended up buying a casemate aluminum case for 40.00

yep I just looked and there isn't a cutout for the speaker. I was tempted until you pointed that out (thanks) it would be a "bummer"

Same exact thing happened to me. I loved the cases they made for 9000 but when i upgraded to the 9700 and got the vaja case my phone fell out the 1st day.

I just ordered one for my 9900 we'll see how that goes.

it might be good for 9900, vaja case for perfect with no issues on 9000 so lets hope that, they didn't made secure enough for 9700 because of its body sculpture is more slippery i guess

I just put in my order for the Aero case. The $23 shipping charge was a bit excessive though. I guess it's coming from overseas so it kind of makes sense.

Just put in an order for my 9900 and my wife's 9780, as well as my... *in a whisper*... iPad.


The shipping charges didn't really bother me though as, well... anything delivered to Dubai is dead expensive anyway!

Anyway, will post pictures and reviews once I get them all in.

Late to the party here (just got a 9930) and thx for the case alternatives. I still will go with the Vaja--great quality in a classy playthrough design that's not bulky. The Fortte looks cheezy to me, the Sena is a nice pouch (but I want a playthru style) and the Noreve looks nice but I don't want a cover flap. (I have a bestskinsever protector so the screen is bulletproof--almost.)
