Otterbox for blackberry 10

If you are like me in need for a solid otterbox case (commuter) for your future new BB 10 device, please send an email or tweet @otterbox to convince them to make one. I always used their case since my 8900 and they are great! Saved my phone and playbooks so many times. This is xhat they replied :

I am sure they will. How difficult is it to engineer structurally a case for simple box-like form factor cell phones? I am sure older BB or feature phones are 5 times more difficult to develop cases for.

Now that I pondered a little, does the reply not imply they expect their products be showcased in the Jan 30 event? Remember the Otterbox PB case was one of the early third party cases available and they participated at RIM events, I think, with a booth & a guy dropping a cased PB on the floor all the time. Yes, my daughter' PB is inside a Defender case, which is nice if only a little heavy. I also bought a Ballistic rugged case for my own PB but that was left in a cab not long ago!

could be that meaning but could also be we wait to see how that goes for them...they have always supported bb so I am pretty sure they will I am just pissed off that I won't have my case prior my device as always...

I am sure they are going to make a case for the Blackberry 10 phones coming out but if you send a message to them or Tweet to them you may be able to push the process up a bit.

I'd sure like to see some color options. Way back in my Curve days I love the black and yellow version of the defender case. Also on every version of the defender clip, it has never fit properly on my duty belt for work. The stem needs to be a bit loger so the hook portion fits over the bottom of my belt properly.

That being said, I'd never have a BB without a defender.

I sincerely hope they do, a ZAGGskin + Defender would be perfect. as long as it doesn't make the phone too wide. I can't use a GS3 or Nexus 4 because of their width

My point , the more tweets/mails they'll get, the quicker they will act to produce the #BB10 cases. And RIM will be quick to help them as they are part of the built for blackberry program...
