JM-1 external battery charger+PlayBook charger
So I recently purchased the JM-1 spare battery and charger with the Y cable bundle and I used the charger that came with the PlayBook. It got very warm. Enough that it concerned me and I used the standard cube charger that comes with all new BlackBerrys. Has anyone else done this or know it it's safe to use the PlayBook charger on the external JM-1 unit? I was plugging it in directly and forgoing the Y cable.
Sorry for the grainy image. PlayBook camera in low light.Last edited by axllebeer; 06-11-2012 at 05:39 PM.

well using a higher rated charger will make it very warm
now i cant see anything going wrong, if your charger is a OEM charger, but if its a cheap charger, I would get worried and use a standard issue charger
JM-1's are cheap enough, I would see how it goesBIG UP BIG UP, ITS A STICK UP STICK UP
I may be blunt, but it was the only way you would understand! @Fubaz

Yes it is the OEM charger that came with the PlayBook. Thanks for your response. By the way, I've never seen the "CrackBerry's Sour Grape" for anyone before lol. What do you have to do in order to get that title?
