"An Error has occurred..." URGENT

Hey guys,

i just downloaded thefatkid22 episodes of the family guy, but i cant play it, the error reads " an error has occurred attempting to play media"

i did a battery pull, but no success

please help me guys, i dont know what to do...

i'm very sad right now

you need to try and reload the file to your media card and if that doesn't work I usually have to redownload the file and then reload it onto the card.

how do i reload it unto the card? sorry i'm a total newbie. just got my bb.

You reload it the same way you put it in the first place. Has nothing to do with that though.
What file type is the show? Mp4, 3gp?
Also what's the screen resolution? That's the biggest problem, usually if it's not the screen resolution of your bb it wont work and that's why you're getting the error.

i fixed it.

what i had to do was go back to the bb desktop manager and copy the videos to my phone and click "convert for ultimate playback". i didn't do that the first time.

now it's playing and i'm amazed at the quality of it.
