First you have to join BlackBerry Beta Zone then you have to have BBM 6 installed and get an invite to join the BBM Music beta program. After you get an invite and install BBM Music you can download songs to listen and share as well as invite friends to share their music.

I recommend joining one of the BBM Music groups in BBM. Thats where I got most of my contacts.
