Public BBGPSGolf API?

Hi Justin,

i am currently programming a GPS golf application for MeeGo (Nokia N9 plattform) and i would like to use your database.
First of all, am i allowed to do so?
Is there any API or other possibility to search for courses and download them directly from the application? (e.g. XML file as search result...)
