So Sachup "only" downloads all the bars or a debrick image which I guess doesn't contain all the apps.
Is there a way to mix the 2 together to feed autoload with or do we have to extract an image from a device with the OS using cfp? It seems autoload doesn't come with all the cfp commands.
Sachup downloads 'everything'. Every app and the OS.
'Upgrade' mode gets you separate .bars for each individual app.
'Debrick' gets you the OS (with apps included) and Radio image, which is the same as what you get with Autoloader.
Autoloader packs three files: cfp.exe, OS.bar, radio.bar. Since it comes with an embedded cfp, you are free to extract if you want. Loader/CFP is also included in BB Link.
Otherwise you can use Sachibar (stripped down Dingleberry) when it is released, to sideload the firmware.

Thanks for the info! The cfp I extracted from the latest dev autoloader (0x0 - 0x643643) only offers the autoload options (info, create, fileinfo), but it's enough to create an autoloader with the debrick files and, based on your info, enough to get the full OS. That's great news.
Looking forward to Sachibar, since it will let us create Hybrids
CFP may be a .DLL like on BB Link.
Anyway, yeah, Sachibar is coming along nicely.
Here's a preview of Sachibar. Can download here: http://www.wikiupload.com/CQCL7Z224DYBBSA (link survives 24 hours). Stick the file in same directory as Sachup.
Taking suggestions of what you'd like to see in the app.
You can choose multiple files and/or folders. You can also drag and drop them on to there.
It'll install them all.
In the preview, installing isn't working correctly yet for BB10 devices. I'll fix this tomorrow.

It seems a folder can't be selected, we have to go inside and select all files.
Next I tried to send some bars to a dev a, nothing worked. The USB connection is broken as soon as files are selected.
Yes, installing doesn't work yet. I'll fix selection so you can select folders. Thanks

Thank you, I appreciate your work
A couple of suggestions.
Can you make it so we can select files before connecting the device?
Also, what about a program that does both things? Checking/downloading firmware and then flash it to the device?fab---

@xsacha, I just want to say you are doing a great job. Please Keep at it. Even though I don't understand it as a whole yet, I believe in time I will, and it will make getting and installing OS's easier for us all.
