    Hi xsacha,
    Now that the Z10 has been released is it possible for you to add that as an option in this tool? I'm assuming that on RIM's BlackBerry's servers they would have de-brick files available for customers? If it's not as simple as it sounds then don't worry about it.

    Sure. If you can give me the machine ID for that device, I can add it to the app.

    Once PB update server is updated to the new update API, which I would hazard a guess will be with the BB10 update for the PB.

    Found machine IDs for Z10. Will update the app with these:
    KB33092-BlackBerry 10 Hardware Identification Numbers

    Edit: Didn't work. No updates for them.

    What's the difference between Autoload.10.0.10.261.0x04002607.exe(~1.4GB) and Autoload-DevAlpha-10.0.10.263.exe(~1.04GB) ?

    Based on the size, I'm guessing that .261 is the full OS, whereas .263 is a partial OS that has been somewhat crippled for Dev Alpha owners.

    So we know what the 4 ID numbers are, do you know which device they correspond with?
    I assume the ones ending with 0A are GSM/HSPA+ models, and the fourth one is the CDMA model.

    You need to do a qcfm dump to dump the 3-4 partitions.
    Then, on the OS partition, you want to do a rcfs dump using rcfs-util.
    Not much else to help with sorry
    There are no .bar files in it, just raw files.

    Very cool, thanks man.
    Too bad nothing except Dev Alpha is available; is an update tied to the carrier by any chance?

    It works, there's just no updates available for Z10 currently.

    There may be updates tied to carriers but you probably don't want them. This wil grab generic updates (which usually come out before carrier ones).

    xsasha, am I correct assuming that:
    Z10 Variant A = STL100-1;
    Z10 Variant B = STL100-2;
    Z10 Variant C = STL100-3.

    No, STL100-1 isn't Z10 hardware. It's Dev Alpha B (with OMAP4470). 0x4002607

    STL100-4 is Variant A (0x8400240A) LTE + GSM
    STL100-3 is Variant B (0x8500240A) LTE + GSM (AT&T)
    STL100-2 is Variant C (0x8700240A) LTE + CDMA
