BerryLeaks Presents Android App Stores :-P
Well the cat is out of the bag and the runtime on 10.2.1.1055 is beast. So first things first.
Updated Over and over and over and over and over....
First things first, support your native developers!!!! we want native apps above all. This is wonderful and a lot of fun, but don't forget that there are people out there making wonderful apps made for BlackBerry.
In case you have somehow missed everything in existence for the last 24 hours you can now install apk's directly from your phone. Simply tap on the apk, either from the browser's download list or from file manager and follow the prompts.
To make life a little easier we have uploaded the Amazon App store as well as 1MobileMarket apk files. Download directly to your phone and open. After installing you do not need to search for possibly sketchy apk files, simply search in the app store, download, and install.

An app to get app stores
You can download from Google Play by using this Apk grabber
Updated with link to new, working bar
Also JamesPaulMuir seems to have put an app together to grab apks from Google Play, check it out on this thread
Download the new bar file here
You will need an android device ID for this one. You can get it with Device ID from Google Play but must have an android device handy. If someone finds out otherwise please let us know.
Another native app for Google Play access can be found at this thread Droid Store - Native Google Play Store Client **FREE**
Supports in app reviews, downloading etc.
To get rid of those pesky 1mobile notifications go to this thread
Now this is how a community thread is done! Thanks to everyone answering questions, posting links, etc.
And thanks to Thurask for making a video for us
He got fancy and installed the app store by clicking Skype on the browser, but either way works

Just in case you are reading this without reading the leak thread, this leak is only for the following devices:
- Z10 STL100-1
- Q10 and Q5 (SQN100-X and SQR100-X)
It has NOT been released for the following:
- Z10 STL100-2/3/4
- Z30 STA-100X
- All Playbook Versions
You can see the original thread here, with links for downloading (don't mind all the drama):
BerryInsider Presents: 10.2.1.1055 for Some Devices
You can follow user submitted change logs for the OS here:
10.2.1.1055 change Log All features (that I have found so far) :)
Oh and this version does not come with watermarks.
The media player software does not work in this build. You need to sideload an older version.
Use this version:
sys.airtunes-10.200.1.23.bar 5.1 MB (Thanks thurask)
Some have reported that their battery is showing the wrong % or drains fast. To fix this remove the battery from the device for about 1 hour.

Okay that's it. I'm installing this leak OS asap. Even if this is not in a final release version I want this even if it is just for a little while. That is what the leaks are all about. Experiments! Muahaha. I barely use any Android ports, sideloaded or otherwise, so BB10 devs keep on rocking guys. Don't mind me playing in the other stores for awhile. Just want to try this out.For the best typing experience only one brand does it the best. That brand is BlackBerry.
BlackBerry. Nobody likes a typo.
Check out my collection of CB and BB wallpapers
