Default App permissions settings - no apps!

I haven't seen anyone mentioned this bug, but I have it since the early 10.2 leaks. The apps in the app permissions settings disappear. It has something to do with the number of apps. But the number varies: with the 10.2 leaks and the 10.2 version from my provider I could control something between 100 and 110 apps. Sometimes the apps disappeared after the 108th app, sometimes already after the 102nd app. Now with the 10.2.1.1055 leak the number of apps has been decreased: I can only control 79 apps in the app permission settings. When I install the 80th app all apps disappear from the app permission settings, see attachment. I have deleted all android apps - nothing has changed. Does anybody else have this problem?

Why the heck would you need that many applications? I have maybe forty, most of which I rarely use, like Fire Chest Backup or a folder of games.

With the latest leak (10.2.1.1259) the app permission settings disappear after the 59th entry.

The app permission settings disappeared after I installed the 100th app on my Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.1925. The permissions reappeared after I deleted/uninstalled one app.

    Update 02-05-2014:
After I first encountered this so-called "disappearing permissions" issue on my Z10, I started experimenting with installing and uninstalling apps from both BlackBerry World and Google Play. At first, it seemed that this issue occurred after I had installed more than a fixed number of apps. That is, installing one more app made the permissions disappear; deleting that app made the permissions reappear. However, further experimentation seemed to disprove my theory. That is, after installing just one app, I might have to delete two or more apps to make permissions reappear, Thus, it occurs to me that perhaps the issue occurs after exceeding some fixed threshhold of permissions. That is, the total count of permissions set by all loaded apps.

The term "disappearing permissions" may be a misnomer and be misleading. The permissions themselves appear to be unchanged. Rather, the software (erroneously?) determines that there are no permissions to display.

I think this issue is a software defect. The developers should investigate and correct it.
