Default An attempt to build a local vegetarian restaurant app

I have a Dev Alpha and I do know stuffs like HTML, PHP, SQL, etc. but I feel like running around in a circle while trying to build my first BB10 app.

I was looking at jQuery mobile and I quite like the idea of using linked list with count bubbles style. If bbUi.js can do the same, I'd like to go for it.

Someone please point out to some great example uses of similar stuffs ..What I need the most is some good ones on SQLite - Fetching data from the db file and display on screen. (No need for SQL insert/delete commands)

There's just a couple of days left from the application submission dateline

    All comments are appreciated!

    Jquery is cross-playform.
BBui.js is very limited. You can use 'basic' Jquery items but most of the plugins wont work.

I recommend you to use the Jquery Mobile BB10 Theme for the development.

It depends on your content storage solution.

One option is a SQL DB + ASP.NET on a VPS. This can generate dynamic content easier. Add jquery mobile to make it mobile friendly.

Another is a precompiled xml file or web php lookup with locations on any old webserver. Have app download that and parse it. Include a default list in the app.

Last option is build it into the app. Make it an xml asset or something. But then you can't update it as easily.

For the mobile - WebWorks should be sufficient I'd think. But yeah apps needing a Database are always the challenge.
