Warranty question?

I have a blackberry bold I bought on craiglist the seller claimed it was only 4 months old. He didnt have receipts though. I wonder if I still have a warranty like att can look it up via IMEI he bought it off of att originally. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Just wondering because if there is no warranty I will open her up and get the keyboard with red numbers and change the bezel to a black one .

You would need to call into CC and have either them or XBM check the Device Life Cycle to see if any warranty remaining.
