Visual Voice Mail Help

Everytime I try to activate visual voicemail, I get a text message from 1121611611 saying "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"


every time i get a voice mail i get this weird txt msg from the number 1000000000 and the body of the message is garbled numbers, letters and symbols.

I have a 9700 and a 9000 that I switch back and forth between. VVM is fine on the 9700 and I only have this issue on the 9000. The 9000 is debranded and unlocked and the 9700 is just unlocked.

I have the same errors which come to my phone via SMS each time I click the Visual Voice Mail icon on my BlackBerry 9000. I have posted several times about this, but no one has ever replied. I can't believe anyone else isn't having similar issues and/or doesn't know how to fix the problem.

My 9000 is running 5.0.0.464.

Anyone, help please!?
