trackball replacement

i was wondering if i go to an att store can i get a free trackball replacement for my 8310?

Blackberry nomally gives 2 year warranty for phones, so you can take it back to your phone provider who should be able to organise a replacement/repair for you.

I have just sent my bold in to repair the trackball.
