Push BB OS 6.1 To devices on 6.0?

Will AT&T release an update to 6.1 for devices running 6.0? If so, will it be released at the same time as the phones running 6.1 are released?

We don't even know for sure yet if 6.0 devices will be getting 6.1. If they are, then Att will most likely take forever to approve them for use.
