"Premier"?
What exactly is a "Premier" customer and what criteria must be met to be a "Premier" customer. I am a premier customer and am somewhat put off that an issue I had today could not be resolved due to the M-F premier customer support hours. To be more specefic, I ordered a BB 9860 today that was advertised for $99 with new 2 year contract. I paid $199 and could not find how to get the $100 discount applied. Called 611 and was referred to Premier customer support, who was not at work today. I'm sure this will eventually get worked out, but it would have been real nice to get some help up-front or maybe just be informed that I will be receiving a $100 gift card, or some information, any information would have been much appreciated. AT&T did not make me feel very "Premier" today.
