need sim card

I recently purchased a used Bold 9000 on ebay and it has no sim card. I got this as a backup device to cover me if I lose/break my 9000, as I have no land line at home.

It was delivered with no sim card.

My question is...can I purchase a sim card only? If not, do I just purchase the most inexpensive at&t phone and move the sim card to my backup 9000?

If it's just a backup you can move your current sim to the bold, or purchase one from any AT&T store. They run $25.
