Default MyWirelessMobile

Okie dokie, recently got a message that "MyWirelessMobile" was available for my 9700.

Went through the install process, and have yet to be able to log into it.

I have to enter my wireless number and password EVERY time I attempt a log in, have clicked on "Save Password" EVERY time I have attempted a log in, (it doesn't save my number OR password), and I get the following message EVERY time:
"We apologize for the inconvenience but this service is temporarily unavailable."

If the service is always "unavailable", AT&T, why was it offered?

I have been an AT&T customer (and Cingular before that - and Bell South Mobility before that - and maybe a couple of other names - can't remember all of them) since 1991, and the trials and tribulations of dealing with AT&T never cease to amaze me.

Can one of the AT&T folks on here come up with an answer on the "unavailability" of the app?

Works on my BOLD 9000 and have been from the time it was released weeks ago. Don't know what to tell you other than check your permissions.

Reinstall the app and try again, mine works great and im on the .442 OS
