I want to Discontinue BB Data plan (going to my older phone)

I decided that I do not want to use my Blackberry 8310 anymore. I put the Simm card back in my old phone the Motorola T720 last night. Today I notice that I still have my Blackberry plan but without the other choices of Blackberry Plans in my online account. There is no way to opt out. If anything I like to get the Medianet plan to try to have email and Web access on the phone. How long before the AT&T system reallizes that my T720 is not a smartphone? Any recommendations?

Why don't you just call them to take it off? Would be a lot quicker that way...

The option to remove the BB data plan has never been available online. You just have to call in.
