help plz! my videos won't work even when hooked up

hi i have a 8530 blackberry curve. and a xps laptop and a usb and i can't seem to get videos onto my computer to put them on facebook i even tried the phone itself and now i think i hate it > can you plzzz help me

Can you not find the videos or will the videos not play? Do you have Mass Storage enabled?
