I did take the tracking number. I just find it weird that nothing is showing up on the tracking website after 2 business days of shipping it, I'm guessing it should already have some sort of information available. Maybe I'm just paranoid this time because this is the second time I'm sending a phone for an exchange. The first one was "lost" in transit so ATT credited me back my money, got myself the same phone, and now exchanging it again.
