For the past months since I started my e year contract, I have had 3 torches that have become corrupt.
I have called att and was referred to bb techs who may have not beeb. Bb techs. Anyway, they kept elevating me from one tier to another, left the ticket open for 2 days, thenclosed it saying the phone was fixed. Maybe they were participants in the latest Lhackethon", anyway - am disgusted and dissappointed with att's customer service as well as rim's supposed reps. I now have a phone that changes itks own settings,allows anyone to connect to me and my car's radio, nad irritaes my frinds because they are listed in my att address book. I don't feel safe using my phone, and am quickly losing any shred of trust I have left! I NEED A NEW PHONE!
