Getting charged for sending text on a texting plan

Hi,

I've been using the 9700 on a pre-paid plan with either the 1000msg/month or unlimited text messaging plan, and I've encountered no problems until now. Whenever I send a text (SMS), I keep getting charged 25 cents. I checked my usage, and still have more than enough texts left, but I can't figure out why it's beginning to charge me. There's no problem receiving texts, though.

We are not ATT, call customer care and have them look into your billing issue.

Don't have them remove the feature and add it again. It wasn't very clearly announced internally that the limited messaging features have all been restricted.
