Block text messages

How do you block incoming and outgoing text messages with ATT?
With Tmobile I was able to do it online.
How can I do that with ATT?
I want it done through ATT, because if I did it through the firewall I don't know if there is still a fee or not.

I've never seen that option online in my account, I'd call CSR.
