Is the BB 8520 included on the insurance offered?

Checked the list online today dated 1/4/10 and the 8520 is not listed. Is the device included and just not listed? Thank you in advance.

Just ask a CSR to add it if you're within the first 30 days of service with that phone. It should be in the supported device list.

Really, the only phone that is explicitly excluded is the iPhone, because of the theft and scam rate.
