att go phone plan problems

I have the unlimited plan and also have the $25 data, why doesn't bbm work or why can't I add emails again? Anyone have an idea

You need to have a data plan that includes Blackberry Internet Service.
A normal GoPhone data plan will not work.

Yep. You cannot get BlackBerry Data on a GoPhone plan.

And you need a BLACKBERRY specific Data Plan in order to get email or BBM on a BlackBerry. A generic data plan will not work.
