$52.90 adjustment on bill?
I'm a recent switcher to AT&T from T-Mobile (after 4 years) and so far everything has been great, however I recently setup my online account (for bill pay, minute/data review etc.) and noticed that my first bill due amount seemed a bit high.
When I went into the detailed billing view, I noticed I had an adjustment for 52.90, with no additional information as to what it was caused by, or anything of the like. I went into an AT&T corporate store and while they were very helpful and trying to figure it out, because my line is so new, they weren't able to view my bill on their side.
When we setup the line of service, the rep who did it asked if we have a small business (which we do) and said we could have our activation fee (35.00) waived if we provided some information, of which we did (TIN, Arizona Employer Identification Number, Proof of business ownership) and we so we assumed that this would be waived, but could this 52.90 charge prove that assumption wrong?
I'm not worried or upset about paying this, I'd just like to know what it's for!
