I have been trying to update my z30 purchase from shop blackberry. I'm unable to get latest release from service provider. I also tried without sim by connecting through WiFi same difference. Does anyone has a working solution?

Do you have access to a PC? you can download this OS like I did and load to your phone.

you can download the OS and unzip to your PC, cable your phone to it and click the exe.
