My BlackBerry Z30 is a Verizon phone... and I use it on Telus network here in Canada... I was curious as this new update for 10.3 do I have to wait till Verizon has the update or should it just automatically update it self on the TELUS network? I have a Telus sim card in it.????

In theory you should get the Telus update with the Telus SIM card.

Check manually right now: Settings/Software Updates/Check For Updates

I never did get the update my BlackBerry z30 that I got from the states (verizon version) is still on 10.2.1. But since verizon is planning to release the 10.3.2 soon I'll wait till it comes out.

I was planning to download a leak but I dunno what to do with it and just to much work... don't have time to download and change my phone over to it.

The correct answer to your original question is "no". Carriers push OS updates by their data base of branded phones. So, if you have a branded phone (Verizon), that's who you will get it from. SIM has nothing to do with it.
