Hi all,

I wonder if anyone has run into this problem before and have been able to solve it...

I have a Z30, unlocked, that has this far refused to update past 10.3.2.2474. My wife has a Z10 that is also unlocked, but has updated up to the latest OS version.

Is there anything I can do to kick start the update process on my Z30?

Reboot it...
Remove SIM Card, and Reboot it.....


Or just install it manually....

A few others have noticed the same thing, one unlocked device will receive the update... while another won't.

I'm in the same boat.
Factory unlocked bought directly through a BlackBerry and still no update.
I've tried removing the SIM and still no luck.

Thanks for the suggestion. But like you said, one just won't update. I even restarted the phone 15-20 times (long story, many times after a restart, my touch screen won't work). I�ll have to manually install it instead.

Update: the 10.3.3.1463 miraculously showed up on its own on my device last night.

I wonder why my device skipped a couple of updates?
